These terms govern your use of this website and any services engaged with Sarah Quinney.

Services

Project scope, deliverables and timelines are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. A deposit is required to secure a start date.

Payments

Unless stated otherwise, projects are billed 50% deposit to begin and 50% on completion or launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the delivered work transfers to you. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Cancellations

Deposits secure booked time and are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as set out in our satisfaction guarantee.

Liability

Our services are provided in good faith. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the deliverables.
