Satisfaction guarantee

New engagements carry a seven-day satisfaction guarantee. If the first week of a project doesn't deliver the clarity and momentum promised, tell us and we'll part ways — with any unearned fees refunded.

Deposits

Deposits secure your booked start date. Once work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable except as covered by the guarantee above.

Workshops & sessions

1:1 sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged in full.
