§01Working together

01 How is this different from an agency?

An agency sells you a team. I sell you me. One principal, six clients, no juniors handed the work. You get senior judgement on every call — and the same phone number you texted at 9pm on Tuesday.

02 Do you only work with women founders?

Mostly, yes — roughly nine of every ten engagements are with women. Not because I exclude men, but because most of my referrals come from past clients, and most of those happen to be women.

03 How many clients do you take?

Six concurrent. Three open per quarter. The cap is non-negotiable — it is the product.

04 What is the minimum engagement?

90 days for Meta. 6 weeks plus 30 days of stabilisation for AI builds. 6 months for fractional growth. Most clients run two of those simultaneously.

01 What is the real cost of an engagement?

Meta from $2,800/month. AI projects price on application. Fractional growth from $8,500/month. Most clients combine two of three — I will quote that in week three when I know what actually fits.

02 Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, for AI builds over $30k — three milestone-tied instalments. Retainers are monthly in advance.

03 Is there a guarantee?

A seven-day satisfaction guarantee on new engagements. If the first week does not deliver the clarity I promised, we part ways with a full refund.

04 Do you take equity?

Occasionally, in addition to fees, for early-stage brands I believe in. Never in lieu of cash. Currently no open slots.

§03Fit & readiness

01 Will you tell me if I am not ready?

Yes. About a third of applicants get a no — usually because they are under $1M, or because what they actually need is a hiring manager, not a consultant. I will always refer you to someone better.

02 What revenue should I be at?

$50k/month minimum to make the maths work for both of us. Most active clients run $200k–$3M/month.

03 Do you work outside Australia?

Yes. About 40% of active clients are in the US, UK, or New Zealand. The Monday-morning rhythm just shifts to your time zone.

04 What if my brand is not pretty yet?

That is fine. I prefer brands that are still in the workshop — the work I do is on the operating side, not the typeface.

01 When can we start?

Engagements open every quarter. Three spots are currently open for Q3 2026. Apply now and you will hear back from me — not a form — within two business days.

02 What is the application?

Five short prompts. Five minutes. The point is to make sure I am the right person for what you actually need.

03 What happens after I apply?

I read every application personally. If we are a fit, I will book a 30-minute E-Commerce Growth Call. If we are not, I will write back with two or three referrals to someone who is.
